The St. Albert Mayor’s Celebration of the Arts Gala was created to celebrate excellence in the arts in St. Albert. The Mayor’s Arts Awards serve to underline the importance of the arts to the community of St. Albert and to honour and acknowledge those individuals, groups and businesses that have raised St. Albert’s profile on the artistic map of Canada.

The Arts are the soul of any community. They make a significant contribution to the social, physical and economic well being of the city and as such it is important to support and encourage those who are instrumental in ensuring the Arts survive and thrive in St. Albert.

The awards will be presented annually at the St. Albert Mayor’s Celebration of the Arts Gala where the nominees will be recognized for their contributions.

Special thanks to the St. Albert Cultivates the Arts Committee for their contribution of time and enthusiasm in the collaboration of this event.
